This is largely driven by the client. Building a home is very personal experience and we won’t rush you through the process. Once all decisions are made, we can schedule ground breaking and from that time construction should be complete within 6 months.

From the time ground is broken we expect construction to take an average of 5 months. Material and labor availability as well as weather can impact our timeline.

If you plan on holding the lot without building for over a year, please reach out to us. When grass goes in on both sides, you will need to start paying HOA dues.

There has been discussion of this land being converted to a village park but the land is not considered buildable.

Land above Jerelyn Court is swamp/wetland.

There is a possibility these could turn into apartments, but the land is much lower + they would not be very visible from the Riverview Ridge development.

There will be a city sidewalk on the pond side.

Sidewalks/curbs will be done by the city once permits are pulled on half the homes. Asphalt Streets, Concrete curb. Sidewalks will be done when road goes in.

Lawns will go in around June 2024.

Any future assessments will be divided equally among the lot owners regardless of lot size of street frontage.
