Once you purchase a lot, it will take 2-3 months to start the process of designing with Griffin Builders. This is where you can dream up all of the extra inclusions, or floor plan changes you would like to make. All decisions need to be finalized prior to starting construction which should be within 6 months after land is purchased. You focus on the dream. Griffin Builders will take care of the details.

The first step is the foundation. The foundation timeline is seasonal and can take a little longer close to the spring/summer months but overall it will take roughly 3 months after scheduling to break ground. If you stick fairly close to one of the three model plans provided, the build should take roughly 5 months total after foundation is complete. Fully customized builds can take extra time to complete.
