Your journey begins with selecting the right lot. Riverview Ridge Place offers homesites that accommodate homes ranging from approximately 1,400 to 3,000+ finished square feet.
Not ready to build yet? No problem. You can secure your lot now and build later—just let us know your plans at the time of purchase.

After purchasing your lot, the design phase begins within 2–3 months. This is where you customize your floor plan, finishes, and any additional features. All design decisions are finalized before construction begins, which typically starts within 6 months of lot purchase.

Construction starts with the foundation. Timing can vary by season, but ground-breaking typically occurs about 3 months after scheduling.
Homes based closely on our model plans generally take about 5 months to complete after the foundation is finished.
Fully custom builds may require additional time.

Residents enjoy a low-maintenance lifestyle with snow removal, lawn care, and pond maintenance included.
